ISM Series IP54 Rectifiers
We’re powering the world with renewables and tapping ourselves on the back, but do we stop to think why we consume so much energy in the first place?
Efficiency is a key factor to energy losses and old style transformer based SCR rectifiers are…..well…. old skool.
ISM Series switch mode rectifiers feature the latest advances in switch mode
technology offering superior performance and efficiency in an extremely small package.
Additional to the size and power savings, ISM series rectifiers have super-fast response time and high-power factor (>0.9), very low current ripple and high stability to load variations. Being modular in design, there many different options to ensure your rectifier best suit your process.
ISM series rectifiers are equipped to deliver 0-10V DC voltage or current control with ranges from 0 to 1020A, 1530A, 2550A and 3570A as standard sizes and up to 12000A are available.
Don’t need IP54 but a lower rating will suffice, then derating goes down and so does the price.
With CPU programmable control and The ISM series can be linked together with multiple units all operated by one controller, allowing those systems to best fit your current setup while offering upgradeability at minimal cost for future expansion and upgrades.
ISM series rectifiers, taking advantage of clever design and advances in technology, are extremely competitively priced and available in comparatively short lead times if not available in stock at the time of request. We also stock the smaller units and offer a breakdown lease service if required.
A wide range of accessories are available, including a remote-control panel equipped with a 4 channel isolated IO for remote PLC control. Additionally, the unit can be supplied with Ethernet, Profinet or Modbus cards for remote DCS connection.
We pride ourselves in forming close working relationships and friendships with our clients. We work with exceptional, reputable companies and government agencies from Australia to places such as Canada, USA, Peru, Indonesia, Ghana, South Africa, Tanzania and others.
